History:
As the Introduction of the following document describes, the history of the Pima County Fair was written in preparation for the Fair's Centennial Celebration in 2011. Periodic updates have been inserted into the original writings in order to maintain an up-to-date record of activities at the Fairgrounds as well as the Fair itself.
